So you want to help ? That’s great! We have identified some projects that currently need underwriting with SUGGESTED levels of support.

The Freedom Trail Foundation’s budget now exceeds $1.2 million. Growth in public tours (a new tour has been added to the roster each of the past five years) and there are now over 100,000 people who take Freedom Trail Foundation walking tours. Education programs, new initiatives, and the Preservation Fund each have administrative and operational costs. Over $150,000 in marketing and promotional projects include printing brochures, maps, and advertising that ensure that the 3.2 million people who visit the Freedom Trail each year are aware of programs at each of the sites and historic venues “steps off the Trail.” Twitter, Facebook, blogs, This Day in History, videos, and eNewsletters make up the “new media” outreach with their own overhead expenses.
